i think one female can have sex with many male and still she will not get infected with HIV the only thing she should care is use good quality of precaution instruments.

The question is a bit difficult to answer. Because first thing is that whether you want to live single or married. If single, then probably you have to count them. But more sexual relationship means more risk of not only AIDS but other sexually transmitted diseases (STD).
And by just visual examination one can hardly identify them. So you should better do safe sex.
If married, then with one and only one. Because here you have to be faithful to your partner. Also if you conceive then better not to do sex during pregnancy. After pregnancy also you have to make your self fit then you may.......
