A renter calls me and said a water line broke . I told him to shut the water of going to the house and turn the breaker off going to the hot water tank . He goes and unhooks the lines going to the tank and pushes them down thru the floor and turns the water back on . This kind of stuff happens a lot with renters . I don't get it . arrgg
