I mean if you choice to keep secrets doesnt it make sense that you dont talk at all to anyone because everything you say could lead to knowledge of other stuff you have done. The way I see it there are two choices talk alot or dont talk both roads may lead to the same place but one is more happy.

I think you're are seriously over-thinking the "secret" and talking thing. There may be some things in your life that you will never share with another living soul; and it would be best kept that way because if they knew every single thing about you, they wouldn't be pleased or want to be your friend/significant other. Everyone has personal "secrets". It's a fact of life. But not everyone sees conversation as a means of finding out someone's deepest thoughts/secrets. Like I said...you're overthinking this thing entirely too much. Just loosen up a bit, honey.

any secret which has to do with human life is worth keeping but if u are a loud mouth then pls tell the person not to bother letting u in on the secret

You should probably keep the secrets your friends and family asked you to keep. And the ones that YOU promised to keep.
You have to talk to other people. It just can't be avoided. You can talk to others and still keep your secrets. Just THINK before you say things.

My dad always told me that there are good secrets and bad secrets. If the secret is hurting you or someone you love it's a bad secret, if the secret is about someone else and they are not in trouble, then it's a good secret ex- who your crush is.
