Can anyone advice me on how to shed some weight because I believe that am getting to fat, in fact, my tummy is bulging,and my sides has folded?. Please I need advice on how to shed some calories and striaghen my folded sides

There are really just two ways to lose weight apart from getting (expensive) operations:

1. Eat less (or better stated, more healthy)
2. Exercise more

A combination of the two is most helpful. Basically what you need to do is burn more calories than you take in.

You have a problem thats very common amongst women. Heavy weight !!!You should follow this strictly......
I would suggest you reduce / stop intake of junk food stuff like french fries, burgers etc.
Get you jogging shoes and start jogging.
BUT--- BUT --- If you are really interested the try YOGA.
It does help alot as long as you practice it properly.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

Dear Friend,

Walk regularly for 45 - 60 minutes.
Eat 25-30 calories per day. Thats all. i assure you will shed all your excess wait in less than 7 months.

try the south beach diet . it really works. try it for about three weeks you can see the changes . Look for south beach diet in the net . i lose 3 pounds in one week . it's not bad = ) no carbo at all . more on protein . like poultry and fish and vegetables . less rice and potatoes . good luck
