Well, what kind of body-language or eye contact would you give a girl you liked but were to afraid to openly approach her? Also, what kind of body language from a girl would you interpret as flirting?

when I see her approach I look at her with confidence, and if I like her I'll usually find something to compliment her about (her shoes, her dress, her eyes, etc.). If she accept the compliment I'll ask her her name and attempt to start a conversation. If it's in a social place where I know I'll see her again I don't say much.
On the flipside I usually let women approach me. Because for some reason the more uninterested I act the more they seem to like me.
