The only really 'bad" exercise to do during your period is some yoga. If you have ever done yoga, you would know this though. Mainly, it is the inverted positions.

Exercise is healthy at any time of the month. Exercise during your period may help relieve cramps.

exercise during periods is absolutely ok in fact it helps relieve cramping the more you exercise all month long and it then won't be feeling so discomforting during that time your period is not going to get you at of gym class one week out of the month sorry

You are either very young and niave or old and stupid. That like the old wifes tale that says you should bath/wash your hair during your period. Execise is good for you as it releases endorphins (feel good hormone) into your system and this relaxes you - just what you need during PMS. It will definately not cause any problems later on

actually, I've heard that it helps decrease cramps and discomfort if you exercise during the period. No future problems in girls, either.

It is a bit dangerous if you you do weight-lifting,but not doing any exercises it is bad as well,I asked my friend and she said that her mum(when she had her period)she used to play on the playground jump and run around and nothing happened,so you can do,but something safe!Good Luck!
