wash ur face with plain water very frequently
avoid washing it with soap too often as it affects the oil glands and stimulates them to produce more oil
thus more dusts sticks to it and thus, more pimples!
try mederma my mom hs recently started using it
she also has old pimple marks.

NOW COMES THE RESEARCHED ANSWER
Wash your face with a gentle, oil- and fragrance-free cleanser; preferably a nondetergent one labeled pH balanced.
If you have oily skin all over your face, use a cleanser that contains benzoil peroxide or salicylic acid.
Don't scrub - irritated skin swells around the pores, which can cause breakouts.
Skip toner unless your face is very oily, otherwise it might dry out the skin.

TREAT!
Apply a topical acne treatment containing benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid over your entire face, not just where blemishes have already erupted.
At night, use a drying spot-treatment product and dab oil-free moisturizer on dry areas.
In the morning, apply an oil-free sunscreen gel over the entire face.

* To stop redness and swelling in an emergency situation (job interview, wedding), ask your doctor for a cortisone injection. It calms down a pimple almost instantly.

* If you can't get to your dermatologist (or needles make you squemish), temporarily reduce redness and swelling by dabbing on a drop of drugstore cortisone cream, Preparation H, or Vasocon-A eyedrops.

looks don't matter homie, i know it looks bad and hurts your self esteem, i know how it feels. But I know a lot of people who over come it with there personality it self...For example you said you are doing MBA rite which requires alot of social contact, well if you really cut out for it then you should be able to do either way with or without pimple marks. You should have the abillity to turn the tables if it even gets mentioned. And also think about this that you are complaining about pimple marks and think that you don't look good enough, where as can you imagin something else being wrong with your body instead...what about the people who don't have body limbs, should they also not look at themselves as people...so ask your self who has it worst you or them and is it really alll that important. and since you are doing MBA you are already smart don't worry about that part just be confident and remember there are alot of other things in this world dat are worst.

First, try clean and clear brand or Neutrogena. Buy a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Clean, tone, moisturize, morning and night. Get benzoyl cream such as Neutrogenas 'On-the-spot' acne treatment, for when pimples pop up. If this doesn't work, go to a dermatologist. You may have some serious acne.

Take it from my friend - the only cure is antibiotic. Ask ur deratologist to prescribe some, ansd stick to the regime. There is a new drug called roaccutane but some doctors are not for it as it has major side effects. An erythromycin lotion application helps too. But antibiotics IS THE BEST. Take them now or you'll have this problem for years, along with pits and scars. If you are a girl, contraceptive pills also help.

Wash your face every morning and every evening with hot soapy water, then talk to your chemist in regards to a heavier form of cleanser, try pro active or clearasil extra strength.....those with sensitive skin do need to be careful though.
