If the pc beeps, then either the video card or the memory isn't seated properly. remove and reseat. clean contacts if necessary.
if that doesnt work.
try booting from a bare system. no keyboard, no fdd, no hdd, no lan, no modem and other peripheral cards, just memory and video (and processor off course). if the screen lights up then you have a problem with one of the parts. do an elimination process.
then again it could be your motherboard or processor.
if your pc has a history of longer and longer delays before booting up before, maybe the capacitors on the mobo are leaking. you can verify this by taking a look at the top end of the capacitors. these are the black cylinder thingies on the mobo with shiny slotted tops. if the top ends are depressed inwards then they're probably okay but if they are curved outward then these parts may be leaking elcotrolytes. An acidic smell emanating from your CPU is a symptom. Change capacitors or better yet the mobo.
Sometimes, a cracked insulator on the motherboard retaining screws can also be the source of your bootup problems.

It could be because your data cable is not plugged in right(or the power cable). If your monitor displays standby mode(orange or green blinking light),then power is on.If dat cable is plugged in right, then there might be a problem with your Video graphics accelerator.(VGA)

you on the instant are no longer even seeing any positioned up strategies? the only element i'm waiting to think of of of attempting is eliminating the CMOS battery, carry the flair button to empty all left over fee. replace the battery and see if it reverts to the outfitted-in photos. rather nicely worth a shot.
