Yes Ofcourse!

This is called mail forwarders. If you are the owner of a domain like www.xyz.com then you can set any number of mail forwarders for the email ids on this domain. Mail forwarders simply forwards all incoming mails on a particular id to a configured id..

eg:
You can set a forwarder to forward all incoming mails on you@xyz.com to (say) your yahoo id like me_me@yahoo.com

PS: Domain names and email ids used are fictious and are used for example purpose only.

It is the "forward" button. You have to forward each of the emails in the old account to the new account.
