open the outlook express and go to setting. There you will see at thing called accounts and mails and delete your mail acccount there. Than you do not have to use express any more.

i agree no point in gettin rid of the software (outlook express) as it will cause things to not work on the windows platform. Since Internet Explorer uses parts of Outlook Express to run, removing the program from your PC would cause problems. Just stop using it. Go under Accounts and delete any accounts you have added. Leave the program itself on your PC.

If you have Windows, Outlook Express is part of the Operating System, as is Internet Explorer.
You can choose to use the Yahoo browser or mail.
Just make it your default when asked (prompted).

Outlook Express is part of the Windows Operating system...just like Internet Explorer...you don't get rid of it...just don't use it anymore...I never have used it...just sits there collecting dust...

My guess, would be to delete Microsoft Outlook, and uninstall it if possible.

Best way is to live with it. If you try to uninstall it it is not completely successful.
