the only milk i will drink is chocolate..and it MUST be cold. i HATE warm or hot milk! that is nasty!!!!!!

put on a favorite audiobook I have already listened to...the talking seems to lull me to sleep..

Dean Koontz's 'One Door Away From Heaven' the passage where the narrator introduces us to the ten year old boy on the run...

Richard K Morgan's 'Altered carbon'...the first few minutes.

the narrators voices are perfect for the subject matter...and I am usually gone in three minutes...or less.

these are audiobooks I highly reccommend...and the second audio by Morgan...'Broken Angels' as well. If you like sci fi with a beautifullly imagined universe...and definitely something new...you will enjoy these...if you are not fast asleep of course.

I usually put on the telly, and since there is never anything on late at night, the boring programmes put me to sleep!

Sometimes I have a ciggie and read for a bit...

Or if my bf is over at my house for the night, well, I wake him up and.......*I won't go into details*

reading. counting sheeps. daydreaming. watching tv. drink hot milk. but still I can't sleep fast. lol.

change of scenery is good than just read till you get sleepy..the more yoo worried about it the less you'll be able to relax...we dont always need a full 8 hrs.

I surf the net or read, or watch some tv(rarely)...... smoke too much, and try not to drink caffeine lol

Drink sleep pills / Gas yourself with sleep gas, watch TV or play indoor games.
