Of course, if men are. Sexualizing breasts is the problem of the observer, not the topless person, and they always have the option not to look.
If men are allowed to be topless, women must also have the same right or there is no equality under the law. One solution to appease prudes would be to forbid both sexes to be topless, but what nonsense!
The argument that some may be aroused is spurious. If someone were sexually aroused by the site of a naked chin, should everyone be required to cover their chin or grow a full beard? Of course not, so the argument is obviously flawed.
The more common this was, the less erotic it would become.

Yes of course women should be able to go topless. The breasts are no more sexual objects then men breasts. They are just bigger. They have only one purpose and that is to feed babies.
It is a Jew-Christian, Muslim plot to cover the women bodies. In New York State it is not a crime for a woman to go topless in public parks or beaches.
More women should go topless to help the progress of topless equality cause. Power to the Topless.

you can be topless at home. nobody can intervene this. I am not sure what happens if you go topless in the garden. We should ask your neighbors.

dont know why they dont,the only time to cover them up is when they have milk and thats only to stop dribbles
