Your two questions are pretty far from each other. Power is not exactly what makes you who you are. So what are you expecting me to answer? Is it the first or the second? Me, I would rather answer the second because I feel that is what you wanted to ask. Feeding your soul makes you who you are because we use this knowledge to make decisions in daily life. The more knowledgeable we are, the better our decisions. It is also the other way around because the actions you make in your life give you experience that gives you knowledge. So in other words, they are conversely correct.

Knowledge is knowledge, power is power. Knowledge can lead you to power, but it can also lead you nowhere.
Power is not knowledge, but if you have the knowledge to use power more efficiently and without regard, you can gain knowledge from your power.
Knowledge can give you the power to build, heal, progress the human condition.....
Power can also give you these. Money can buy you power. The power to build hospitals, schools, armys, weapons...
Knowledge without the power to use it is the same as ignorance.
Power without the knowledge to temper it, is idiocy.
You are who you are. If you chose to "Feed your soul" then it is because you chose to do so. It doesn't change who you are, it uncovers the facets of your self that have been hidden.

It would appear to be common sense that Knowledge is the Power because a Politician has power but definately no knowledge.

Knowledge is certainly power. Only a total moron would argue otherwise.
But power, while not exactly knowledge, may also be (best) used to acquire knowledge.
When dealing with issues of power, one should always keep in mind the ancient Dinè saying: "There is nothing stronger than gentleness, and nothing gentler than real strength."

It could work both ways depending on the person.
If the person is someone who seeks knowledge to gain an insight on life and to discover their beliefs and morals, etc... than knowledge is power.
If the person is someone who is more of a hands-on type of person, a 'learn by experiment' and not by the book type of person, than power would be knowledge. Power would teach them that which no textbook can ever teach, it will give them their stance as to what they believe, shape thier morals, etc...

Knowledge is power. It's a time-tested and proven fact that just because someone wields power does not mean they possess the knowledge on how to use it properly.

The power could never be knowledge....no mater how much you pull into a gym......The only knowledge you might get is....how far your physical limits are
However, knowledge can be and is power.....It's your choice to use it (if you have it) or not.....and the way you use it

knowledge is power, you are what you eat, if you feed your soul with good, it will much easier for you to be good, if you let others feed on your soul, it won't take long before no one wants to know you, except those that want to use/feed off of you

Knowledge is for pompous fools. If I knew how, I would get rid of mine entirely.
Wisdom outperforms knowledge, but it lacks a relation to power. Unfortunately, some have to live through many mistakes to gain wisdom. Others continue to make mistakes anyway.
