G mail - it organizes by grouping messages and replies and it allows you to search for keywords in all of your email. The message notifier displays the first 10 or so words of each incoming message, and appears as a cute blue envelope. There is a large storage capacity.
You can add G talk to it which works very well.

Yahoo is the best email service. If you are looking for a software program, try Outlook express or mozilla Thunderbird.

I would highly suggest hotmail.com. It offers a lot more than yahoo, tons of storage, personalizing, photo and file sharing, etc.. Go to www.hotmail.com, on the left there is a button which says sign up, and its easy as that. Good luck and hope this helps.

Inbox.com you ger 5GB free storage space and has synchronised features unlike hotmail and yahoo visit the site and i tell you wont be dissapointed.
