As much as i would love to have a breakfast i cant seem to eat so early in the morning i have to wait until 12 or 1 i no this is bad for me but i do try so when i do eat later it will be toast and tea

Hi I had breakfast about 12hours ago! In the land down under its 7.30pm. Enjoy your frosties, I prefer good old Vegemite on toast.

I've gone to Dunkin' Donuts and have had a low-carb bagel, lite cream cheese, and an iced coffee. Can't get into the groove of the day without it!!
