I don't see the big deal. If you don't think the guy is right for your Sister, than talk to her about it. Let her know how you feel. If you were to do something about it behind your Sisters back, it would be dishonourable!

Since your sister is 16, and she is letting him in the house, does that mean they are having sex?. I think the age of consent is 18 for females in Malaysia, so you could turn him in to the police.
But maybe they will end up married eventually, so you need to think about how a police record would affect her future. She might run away with him and never talk to you again.

Well i know you are in a rock and a hard place but how would you feel when your sister get pregnant and you knew it was happening. If you feel you are in danger then you better tell your parents. If you are not in danger your sister is. It is not good for young girls to have 21 year old men in their rooms alone at night. Your sister is in danger ... I am not sure what the age limit for statuary rape is in your country but he would be arrested here.
Well maybe you can figure out how to let your parents know what is going on with out telling them directly. Hard decision... and question to answer.

TELL YOUR PARENTS and warn your sister that you don't like him sneaking into the house when your parents are not around.

Contact an attorney that offers free consultations -- then ask him/her if there is anything that can legally be done about the situation.

Tell your sister this behaviour is not acceptable. If she refuses to stop, threaten to tell your parents. If she still refuses to stop, tell them and let her face the consequences. (If she splits with this guy, can I have her phone number? he he)
