Anyone can lost that one pound weight.
Can you do it safely and healthy. Dancing have nice body, but are that really good body structure?
Spend 1 hour in the Sauna, you lost weight too ( Water Weight )
The most important to lost that weight is, sensible diet, positive thinking and a plan.
You can visit some good gym in your area. Do some running.
Make sure you take a balanced diet, sleep early.
What you really want is to lost Fat , not weight. ( On the moon, you don't weight much)
Dancer have nice body, but are too lean, without the muscle.
Therefore, be good to yourself.

You wont lose too much if you can learn to moderate it and keep up a healthy diet but its a good way of losing weight!

Dancing can define and build mussel has long as you keep up a healthy diet and drink lots of fluids you cant lose too much

yes in fact that's my favourite way of loosing weight. The gym is too hard at least dancing it's a pleasure to me good luck on sweating girl.

yea dancing is cool thing to loose weight or make ur body looking really good the most belly. but loose too much?? i don;t think so that too much. as much as u need thats all.. or if u do it proffesional and u practise everyday couple hours can be.

I do dancing (both ballet and jazz). It keeps you fit but not unless you train very hard you don't miraculously slim down alot. But it's a great sport. Very fun
