Mandatory Direct Democracy, but with a very strict set of requirements to register to vote. Like having an IQ of 135 or higher, and at least a four year college degree.

The Mandatory aspect means that every citizen who can qualify to register must do so, and must vote on all issues. The Direct part means that there would be no Representatives, Senators, or Electoral College, and everything would be decided by voting.

A government that provides free electricity and housing so people would not be cold or hot and have a roof over their head. If people have lots of money let them pay for the extras, like new cars, boats etc. If people were provided with the necessary things in life than they can charge a lot for the things that only rich people can afford. I would rather have the necessary things in life, like food, water, electricity, clothes, a house with furnishings. Sure it would be nice to have the other things but their are to many people suffering and going without.

A government where all major decisions are decided by popular vote (referendum.)

This is actually practiced to an extent in some small countries (Switzerland). Today it would be possible in larger countries, such as the USA, using Internet voting. But don't hold your breath, the powers in Washington would never allow it

A republic such as our's in the U.S.. I suggest a stronger adherence and tighter interpretation of the Constitution though. We get too involved in others affairs. WWI and WWII, stopping the progression of communism in Korea and Vietnam I believe were just causes. Also stopping terrorist supporting countries is just. I feel our federal government has stripped the states of their sovereignty though and wields too much power over them.
