This dream makes it clear that are are really in a mess and you will surely come out of it.
I also dreamt abt the same a year back when i met with a road accident with multiple fractures in right leg.. i was in the operation theater with doctor's around me. I was on anesthesis.. i was in a deep sleep.. i would see that 8 people ( u can call then aliens as i didn't recognised them) where telling me that they were unable to rule the other planets, and i was supposed to rule over our planet (earth).. later i also heard them saying. "we are just joking, nothing has happened to you.."
And i was out of the theater with succesfuly surgery.. but i am still in detailed study of the dream i dreamt when i was getted operated..

The world is falling = trouble ahead, untrusted, paranoid, insecurity
You have that sensation could be because of media effect, movies you have watched to cause you dream of that or there are something happened in you life. You don't feel smooth or comfortable about it. So, you have this unease feeling and you feel insecure about the place (the world) you live in. So you vent it out in dream

When You like it this might be a good sign. But if You
don't like the feeling of falling and spiraling it means You
fear something... The fear of "TO LET GO"(1) for instance...
But it could also be something simpler, don't overdo it.
May be You have just high-anxiety in common.
(1) This is a metaphoric term for sex or very DEEP
and clear feelings. Mostly people are afraid of them.
But the wicked soul does not forget, she takes her
"revenge" in dreams...

They are common, maybe you have seen some movie or read a book regarding these things and they must've left a deep impression in your mind. That's all, everything will be all right.

It means you feel helpless and have no control over some situation in your life. Think about what it is and try to come to terms with it. It is subconciously causing you stress and tension. Find out what it is and try to make something positive out of it.

it could indicate a sense of subconsious loss of control, think about where you are emotionally, at work. Somewhere in ur life u may feel ur not getting the credit u deserve
