If you don't have a bank account and you have joined eBay, you can get your money if you tell your buyer to pay cash when he/she picks up the item. Another way is to have a PayPal account which tranfers money straight to your credit card.

I think you have to have a bank account registered to receive money. Or you can accept money orders and personal checks.
