I'm going to bed now. I haven't slept for many hours and I think maybe I can finally. The question is does anyone think it is possible to have a good night sleep without dreaming of having sex with the same person over and over again, when you never had any sex with them to begin with??????It's man & woman sex........just in case anyone was wondering.....

First of all I don't read, write, or watch porn, never have, second of all, I am a woman not a man. The dreams have just started in the past month, and I consider them nightmares. They are a nuisance as they are just dreams, and no good for nothing.

Hmmmm... have been fantasizing while you're awake about the same woman you're having sex with in your dream? If so, then I believe it's not possible to dream about another woman, unless you watch porn or browse a porn site or magazine before you sleep. You just might admire the model staring at you. Of course it is possible, since it doesn't happen to the majority of the population on a regular basis.
If you are doing something "over and over again", then it is a compulsion. It sounds like it is based on an obsession - the combination of which can be quite dangerous.
If it is causing your life stress by ways like losing lots of sleep, etc. I suggest you contact this focus of your obsession, and get the reality of what you see/want-to-see in him or her.
To keep doing what you are doing is pointless, non-productive, and destinationless.
Get some rest by resting your curiosity.
If you are young, dreaming of sex is normal, but having your life upset by something that is only anticipated is not.
