The first "real" color movies (that is, using a color film process and not hand-painted frames) were produced in 1917.
There were earlier attempts lacking synchronization, so I'm not counting those.
Early color movies used a two-color process, which means that the results weren't always natural. The Cinecolor link below shows some of the limitations.
The more realistic three color Technicolor came out in 1934.

The first commercially produced film in natural color was Smith's Kinemacolor film "A Visit to the Seaside" (1908). The first full–length feature film in color was a five–reel melodrama "The World, the Flesh and the Devil", made in Great Britain in 1914 by the Union Jack Company using the Kinemacolor process.
Technicolor, devised principally by Herbert Kalmus (1882–1963), was the first widely successful color film process. The first feature–length all–Technicolor production, "The Toll of the Sea", appeared in 1922, and Technicolor's biggest success during the silent–era was Douglas Fairbanks' film "The Black Pirate"(1926). These films, however, used a two–color Technicolor process. Three–color Technicolor, which was the color process of choice until the early 1950s, was first tested in a Walt Disney cartoon "Flowers and Trees" (1932).

Well, from your list it would be 1937 and the movie was
Kisan kanya (made in India)
But others say it was the Black Pirate in 1926
Still others say it was "cupid angling in 1918
Wilkipedia claims it was Toll of the Sea in 1922
Gone with the Wind was the first color movie to win an oscar for best picture.

G'day Ana,
Thanks for your question.
The first color feature film was Becky Sharp in 1935. It was shot in technicolor. It was based on the novel Vanity Fair by William Makepeace Thackeray, tells the story of a lower-class girl who insinuates herself into an upper class family, only to see her life and the lives of those around her destroyed. The ruthless, self-willed and beautiful Becky is one of the most famous characters in English literature.
The movie was adapted by Francis Edward Faragoh from the play by Langdon Mitchell, which was adapted from the original novel. It was directed by Rouben Mamoulian, after Lowell Sherman, who was set to direct it, died suddenly. It stars Miriam Hopkins, Frances Dee, Cedric Hardwicke, Billie Burke, Alison Skipworth, Nigel Bruce and Alan Mowbray.
The movie was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress (Miriam Hopkins).
Lowell Sherman developed pneumonia early in filming, and had to leave the production. His replacement, Mamoulian, scrapped all of the original footage and started over.
I have attached some sources for your reference.
Regards

I think as early as 1930. Check the Internet Movie Database. They ought to have a more precise answer.
