The belly shirt is one that shows your midriff area. I usually looks like half a shirt. Other belly shirts are ones that are for wearing when belly dancing and other shirts are for maternity wear.. Or maybe that one is called belly button shirt! Just Yahoo search in images.

Belly shirts are kinds of shirts that show your middle. They're for girls who want to show off their flat middles. It is not recommended for people who dont have flat bellies or people who have hairy backs unless you WANT to be made fun of.
I dont think there are different kinds of belly shirts... just different colors... they probably do vary in size and shape so i guess that's the only different 'kinds' there are.
