I'm a 20 year old guy and I went to see my grandpa in his nursing home and asked me if I wanted a "mustache ride" what is that?

Sitting on the face of a man with a mustache, and receiving cunnalingus from said man, thus creating the impression that you are on a ride.
Usually it is a female taking a mustache ride, but I assume males can figure out a way to take the ride as well. I just don't want to hear about it
