An information technology manager who's data is of a clinical (medical) nature. Such a person would be responsible for information systems which probably deal with patient records, chronic diseases, drug experiment data, or operation of medical devices (like x-ray scanners etc).

I would imagine such a position would offer a lot of money to the person who fills it since the data they deal with could be of life and death. My guess is some form of medical know how would be an asset to someone in that position.

Good luck!
