You don't wash inside. Your body takes care of that. No soap inside! It will thow off the natural pH and take away from the natural defenses against bacteria. You wash the vulva (outside part) and labia. Then rinse with water.

The vagina is a self cleaning organ. In the shower you need only to rinse the area with body wash and water. Use caution with soaps and perfumes as they may irritate the area and cause a rash or yeast infection. If you have an odor you can use sanitary wipes for hygiene after using the bathroom or before sex and after sex. You can find these wipes in the feminine hygiene part of your supermarket or Walmart.

Soap and water does the job. Becareful of the different soaps you get. I find that I can only use white antibacterial soap. Anything else causes infections.

soap and water...this is the outer part only though. don't clean inside, your body does that itself.

u have to use soap or liquid that suitable .clean use your hand or span .
