Send it to them via Yahoo Messenger up to 1 Gig in size. Email won't handle files that large.

Change the format to 'rar', '3gp' or any other format that converts u'r video with minimal space! But, in such case you must compromise with the quality. Better cut them into small clips (abt 5-8 MB space) and mail it!

How large is it?
Upload it to something like Google Video and send them a link instead - especially if you are sending it to multiple people.

Use Gmail for this. Go to www.gmail.com. It has 1 GB storage and it takes a very little time for attaching a file.

1.Convert it with compressed frames with some video programs.
2.compress it with high data commpressor(compresses 650MB to 55MB!!!)
3.Send it!
