Well orion, as much as I love Mandela and Charlize, there is something I love even more. And that is to read mystery novels and scary books. So my choice for favorite South African celebrity is gonna shock you!

Daisy de Melker. She was charged with the murder of two husbands and her twenty year-old son, Rhodes. The case attracted almost unprecedented public interest.

Back in the day people lined up in front of the courts to get a seat. Some even sold their seats for 30 shillings which was a lot then. And you know what makes this person a celeb is the fact that she made the headlines for 30 days straight when the trial was on and people still argue about the trial today. Also, there has been more written on this case in newspapers and magazines than any other South African woman in SA's crime history.

Hmmm...I love Ladysmith Black Mambazo. It's such great music, and they all have beautiful voices. So definitely them...

And then Nelson Mandela. He's a celebrity for all the right reasons, and I really respect that. My friend from SA has given me a key chain (one of the tourist ones you get at markets or shops) with Nelson's head on the backdrop of the South African flag. Even though it's cheesy I love it so much, because he is such an inspiring man. I respect and admire him, and so he's right up there with Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Great place to be! :)

Leon shuster nataniel and surely Marc lottering. they are all hilarious. Leon makes those different south african video clips and he performs pranks and stuff on people it truly is so humorous you should envision him out he has video clips like there's a zulu on my slump and the gods should be loopy one million and a pair of there is thousands more beneficial yet i cant shop in concepts the names. Marc lottering is a comic book and he does exhibits i latterly went to at least one in each and every of his performances - he does those scenes with different characters and places on an accent and creates a scene and he can talk about a large number of random issues and he writes those random songs for the target market and tells them they are crap and stuff he's SO humorous i might want to offer him a 10 out of ten. wish i might want to help!! solid success :)
