Well, Im not sure about nasty, but, it is odd. The biggest problem I see with that is that when exposed to high heat or certain types of soaps condoms not only can be less effective but also run a much higher risk of breaking. If money is tight for you guys perhaps it would be a more economical benefit to talk to someone involved in your state healthcare program about prescription assistance for the pill. I work in a pharmacy so I do have experience with what I am talking about.

It's not as nasty as it is stupid. They're not meant for that. There is no guarantee that you'll wash all the sperm off. That means you can get pregnant. Also, the more you handle them, the more likely that you'll cause a small hole, to the same effect. Just go get some free ones at a family clinic.

not only is it nasty but it's not safe! they're not meant to be used more than once! what if you accidentally nicked it with your finger nail and didn't know it and there was a tiny hole in it? If you're worried about the expense and use them THAT often, why don't you use some other kind of birth control? Have you thought about a diaphragm?

It is for single use. If you wash it then lubricant applied on it will go away & no gurantee that you will wash properly. So why to save little money for great pleasure & great risk

That is nasty and you could put a hole in one while you are washing them and that would defeat the whole purpose.

its not nasty, but be careful. If there is residue, or a hole or something, the condom wont work as effectively. but of course, you probably already knew that.

Babies cost more then condoms. Reusing increasing the chance that the will break.
