Cooperate means to get along with others!

Definition:

1. work together: to work or act together to achieve a common goal

2. comply: to do what is asked or required

You mean, cooperate. It's like doing things together, work together without complaining about one another. Cooperate also means to do what you're told to, but I have a problem with this. Some turd heads feel you 're cooperating with them when you do things for them or being asked to do something when you don't have to for them. People with power trip tend to be in this mode. Cooperate means to do things with a two way respect for each other. Good enough, yes?

I assume you mean co-operate. It means to work together for the betterment of everyone involved. To agree to a plan and achieve it through combined effort.
