The jacks as stated in the above post,Green and Pink,3mm jacks.
Usually on the rear of pc's although most recent Computers have them on hte front or side of the Tower case as well.
Alternatively,your speakers controlbox,might have this function as well

It's a port on the sound card. There's a spot for speakers and a spot for a mic.

Its your microphone "in" (pink) and your ear phones "in" (green) both 3mm jack sockets to match up with the 3mm jack plugs on the headset

it's port is commonly found at the back of the CPU. the color of it's port is green (actually it looks like a hole).
