as i understand it, if a woman says "no", but the man still insists on sexual intecourse, it is still rape, right?

No means no...yes that is rape.....but on the same hand some women like that as a fetish..being raped..men have to start listening more...they can always go whack off later..gee I think its rude..and I feel sorry for the girls that have to go through that kind of experience..especially if they don't like that and they said no..I would say phone the police and have him charged..learn some respect buddy...

I think he is a low life animal that has not learned how to control his emotions. He is mentally challenged, immature, and cannot or should not free to wonder the city.
He has no regard for other humans feelings and in most cases has very low self esteem.
He is a real criminal and should be locked up from society.
A real man would know right from wrong and be able to control his feeling and emotions. A real man would be able to understand that it is an attack on someone Else's life and he has no right to go pass that forbidden zone.

SCUM BAG but if convicted he could serve alot more then just a life sentence they will rape him in prison daily at least 5-7 times a day. in the showers in the cell any where they want. and it is rape if she says no it's no even if she teases he has got to be a real man and jus tleave it at that after all he would'nt want her to take his car.when he says no it's no.

Rape is Rape, It is a crime, an those who commit it should be punished severly. First offense, jail time & Sever fine. Second Offense...REMOVAL of Testicles and shortening of penis..like 1/2 off, there should be not a Third offense.

He deserves to be locked in a tool shed in the middle of nowhere,have one hand tied securely behind his back, have a dull rusty knife in the other hand and his penis secured in a vise, with the shed on fire. For the true rapist, i can't say that i consider him a man. more like an underdeveloped, small dick whinny retard, that can't even pay for sex.
For the guy sitting in jail for having consensual sex with that 17 year old cheerleader that begged for it then ratted dude out for revenge or whatever, i don't consider her anything better than the true rapist. in fact she'd be just as much / much more dangerous to society.

the woman says no and he persist it is rape. i think that men like that need to be castrated and given the death penalty. rape is rape no matter what.
