A pimple in my face just poped, I was told that if it pops I should squezee all the white thing and all the blood so it won't leave a mark, is that true?

no, the best thing is to leave it alone, especially if you have no clue how to pop the pimple. because if a pimple is popped wrong it usually leaves a mark.

That's what I always do. I think of the white stuff as "puss", which is formed due to an infection. It is always good to get the infection out, so I squeeze out all of the puss until I see a little blood, because the blood "cleanses" the "wound". Then I apply rubbing alcohol - I do that for two reasons: 1) It prevents infection, 2) It helps to dry out the pimple so that it heals up quickly.

No if you sqeeze it it will leave a scar and could get infected. Best cure is go to the store and get some Tea Tree Oil usually found around the vitamins.

you have it backwards, popping it will leave a mark cause it damages the blood vessels in the face. Leave your zits alone!
