what is the relation between frequency and wave length I seem to have forgotten the equation

λ= c / f

λ = wavelength or electromagnetic wavelenght
c= is the speed of propogation of the wave,(Light Speed)
f = frequency of the wave in 1/s = Hz.

Wave length in meters= 300,000/ freq.in khz
Wave length in meters= 300 / freq.in mhz
Wave length in feet= 984/ freq.in mhz
Freq. in khz=300,000/ Wave length in meters
Freq. in mhz= 300 / Wave lenght in meters
Freq. in mhz= 984 / Wave lenght in feet

Speed of light in meters per second= 300,000,000 = Frequency in Hz (cycles per second) times the Wave lenght in meters.

It's simple.. Velocity = Wavelength x Frequency

f=1/L often "L" is Lambda a Greek symbol representing wavelength, the two term s are inversely proportional to one another. f represents frequency in Hz or cycles per second

frequency = W(omega)

L*W=Speed

Light speed = 3e8
if u know the W u know the wave length.....and the rest of the combinaion
