I wouldn't put chemicals like that so close to your sensitive areas.
Especially since you have to bleach the hair first and then dye it.

Hair dye is generally not recommended for other parts of the body. Be very careful and check the warnings.

hello, are you retarded? its deffinitely not a very intelligent idea to dye your pubes blue unless you were at a sci-fi convention, assuming you were there naked and trying to convince people its some sort of a smurf/alien hybrid of a lifeform.
