Can sauna belt be used for weight loss with fearing of any adverse effect on health?

it won't make you lose weight just water which you'll take back in later!!

When you use a sauna belt all you are doing is sweating and getting rid of fluids, and then you drink more and you are at square one again. I had a sauna suit and that is how i found that out. they are very clammy.I would try another approach to lose the belly.

The only adverse effect is feeling foolish because you wasted money on something that doesn't work.

I think it's been proven not to work. Spot reduction doesn't work either.
