A test tube baby is when an egg is removes from a woman and sperm from and man, and the egg is fertilized outside that mother's body, i.e. in a test-tube. Cloneing may be carried out in a test tube, but it is the copying or duplicating of cells. If something is cloned, there will be two of them and they will be genetically identical.

A test tube baby is made from one woman's egg and a male's sperm. They are joined together in a test tube. Still relies on the two people's DNA to create a person. Cloning occurs when you take DNA from one living thing and grow an exact duplicate of that thing.

Test tube babies are made using one egg of a woman and sperm from a man, in a lab test tube, until the egg is fertilised.
After that, when the first cell has begun to divide and multiply, it is re-implanted in the woman's body, where it continues it growth.
In cloning, an egg is taken out, its genetic information (DNA) is removed, and the DNA of the "being" to clone is introduced in the egg (instead of the original DNA), then grown in tube, then implanted in a suitable "mother".
