Cant say anything better than whats been said.
Only bit of advice I would give is that you be vary careful, it's better to change your lifestyle than to diet, all diets are doomed to failure unless there's a lifestyle change, cause once you come off the diet, and you will, you'll go right back to where you started from.
Also a point to note is that the faster you lose it, the faster it returns, eating more often, and less food when you do is the best choice, and the easiest to implament into your life for the future, get up early in the mornings, say 7 or 8, eat within 45minutes of waking up, otherwise your body thinks it's missing a meal and starts packing the fat, eat at regular intervals, so work out your bed time, say 10 - 12, then how many meals a day your going to have, then spread over the time, for example 8am up, 10pm down, 5 meals (4 as you have breakfast immediately) 14 hours -2 as you shouldn't eat within 2 hours of going to bed, 12 / 4 = 3, so 8, 11, 2, 5, 8, have a fiber breakfast 8, full lunch at 2, snack at 11 and 5, and a light snack (not choclates or chips), maybe fruit bowl etc, and if you wanna be real healthy, have a piece of fruit at every meal (or make a mixed fruit salad, and have a bowl every meal time.
Well hope thats helpful, good luck, and remember it's more important what you look like on the inside than the outside, nice people are happier than pretty people

Eat small meals all day. It is important to keep your metabolism steady all day. When you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode b/c it does not know when it is going to be refueled. Eat a balanced diet with a lot of fiber and watch your portions. You will be more successful if you exercise. Do 45 mins of cardio one day and the next day lift light weights. It is good to tone your muscles as it is the muscle that burns fat. Do many reps of light weights. Make sure to push yourself. If you are not sweating then you are not pushing your body. You should also drink lots of water. Drink half your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 120 lbs then you should drink 60 ozs of water a day. More can be better.

Drink lots of water. Eat healthy meals (not eating will actually slow down your metabolism and your body will use up muscle for energy instead of fat, you will end up sick, skinny, and flabby).
Lower your intake of bread and high glycemic carbs like potatoes. Eat 5 fruits and veggies a day, lean chicken (no skin) and exercize for 20-40 minutes per day unless you already exercise then just completly change your exercise program.
For example if you walk or jog, try kickboxing or arobics
And belly dancing is the BEST exercise for beautiful abs.
Good Luck!

Don't miss breakfast. Porridge is a great option.
Increase protein.
Reduce carbs. (none after 2pm)
Eat every 2-3 hours.
Exercise for one hour a day, and don't eat at all for an hour after you exercise. (so your body uses up it's fat stores for fuel)
PLENTY OF WATER!!!!! (The more the better)
Lots of fruit and veges...
Following this program should lose you up to a kilo a day.
Good Luck!

take maple syrup with lemon for a week morning, noon and night and see the weight drop off. don't eat anything else. It worked for Beyonce Knowles. You can't eat any oily stuff after that for the next week or so then you gotta take light meals. i tried the maple syrup for 3 days and dropped about 5kg.
