Levis started in the san francisco bay area. there nice jeans that fit well and are nice..its a mainstay in america like apple pie, you could pay $100.00 for a designer pair..but the classics..like in all aspects of life....is always a smart choice

yes. but i dont insist that they be levies, if i find a pair and they are comfy then i buy them or any other brand that has a pair of jeans i like. levies or not.

I have never heard of 'levies jeans'. Perhaps you need to go back and do more research about how to spell the brand, and, by the way, the brand name should be capitalized.

I love the way they fit. I don't have much in the hip dept. (kinda built boyish) and the slim fit of the 501's are my fave in the whole world!!!!!
