its great that you believe in yourself, but if you dont listen to other ppls opinions then how are you going to grow. You dont have to take onboard what other ppl say but you should listen and then make a choice about what you want to do. Remeber that other ppl experience different things so they have a lot to give if we are willing to value them. They will also learn to value you

If you believe and listen to yourself for all the truthful and right things then you are not selfish. But if you don't care what others think and do all the stupid and wrong things then you are selfish.

You won't get anyware in life only listening to your self. You may not be selfish, but you are self-centered and that is worse. Some people are poison, however, some people are wise. You have to be open to your surroundings. This provokes a problem, though because you have no idea of telling who is poison and who isn't. That's where it becomes beneficial to believe in a higher order. You may get somewhere in life physically listening to yourself, but you will always be dead inside.

That is not being selfish, just opinionated. Selfish is when you see that someone needs help in some way and you won't help them. Selfish is having more cookies than you can eat and a friend of yours asks for a cookie and you tell them no.

No. You are not selfish, for not caring for what others think. But, living in a society, where you need to live in harmony with others, you have to care to know what others think of you.
You are not selfish just because you just believe in and listen to yourself. But, if you want your beliefs to be strong enough to grow into conviction, you need to listen to others besides yourself, and test them in the crucible of your discrimination.
Free will does not mean caprice and wantonness. It means a judicious excercise of your ability to consider various options available to you.
Go ahead. You are showing the signs of free thinker.

As long as, say, there's an old lady who's fallen and can't get up in the middle of the street, and she asks you to help her before she's trampled by a stampede, and if you ignore her because you want to see your reflection on a mirror, then you really are selfish.

Thinking for yourself is great. Being greedy and not caring for others' feelings and/or needs are selfish. Big difference. Be yourself, but be nice too. That's all.

Yes. You are extremely self centered. But this is a desirable trait! You will live longer and be happier! No one will be in your way! When you have the chance to sacrifice yourself to save some innocent civilian, you will not take it!
I'm only joking.
No is the answer.
