Can all of this hardware configuration fit together, though some of them r not from the same brand:

Motherboard: Asus A8N-SLI-Premium
CPU: Athlon X2 5000+
RAM: OCZ 4-4-4 PC2-5400 Gold GX XTC 2GB DDR2
HDD: Seagate 7200.10 320 SATA2 16 MB Cache
Graphics: XFX 570Mhz 7600GT 256MB NVIDIA GeForce PCI-Express Vga
Monitor: LG L1915SS 19" 12ms
OS: Windows Xp Pro

If not can you tell me which parts could I swap?

Yes, it will fit together. Brand doesn't matter if you are just asking whether it will work together. Brand does matter if you want a high quality machine. From the looks of your machine, you are probably into gaming. That's a fine rig for gaming. Might want to go with some cheaper RAM and upgrade the videocard to a 7900GT.

Make sure the Athlon is the right socket for your motherboard. That motherboard takes S939 Athlons. AMD has moved to AM2 but I don't know if the 5000 is AM2 or S939. Good luck.

well check the motherboard manufacturer's website for specifications for the processor, ram, pci-e, form factor. then make sure u have pci-e high watts power supply unit.
