Were they your fault?

2 in 30 years of driving. Both times I rear ended somebody; one i just wasn't paying attention. The other was an actual scam and the guy I hit was arrested for insurance fraud! He drove w/out brake light and deliberately stopped shot to get victims to rear end him for $. I'm glad he put in some time, bastard!

Since I started driving, I have five accidents, 3 are when I'm behind the wheel and the 2 is when it is on parking, no driver. I'm driving since 1979. When I got an accident behind the wheel, one accident is my fault , I hit the bumper in front of me because I wasn't looking. I'm looking at "girls behind" walking at pedestrian.

1- I was on a dusty road and rolled my car. My fault.
2- Other people hit me. Their faults. Even the insurance people said so, really.

1 It was the car. The traction on the tires was worn. I hit a puddle swirved off the road & hit a tree HAHA lol

although there was only minimal damage to the other guy's car.
