Technically speaking sex is free considering that its foremost purpose is to procreate. However, before the deed is done, participants to the act should act on their own free will with no coercion existed before making it.
Though sex is free, it is has an obvious responsiblity linked to it considering that its primary purpose is to produce. Participants should know their responsibilities before doing it.
