In the first month - no symptoms beyond missing period. Morning sickness started about 6 weeks of pregnancy. Feeling bloated is usually caused by gas. Gas can happen with morning sickness, or just plain eating too many beans. Also, breast tenderness at around 5 weeks.
For every symptom of pregnancy can also be a reason for something else. A missed period can just be an irregular cycle. Breast tenderness can be PMS from a late period. Gas can be from eating take out, or eating anything for that matter. Nausea can be from dehydration, stress, or eating something funny the day before.
If a woman thinks she's pregnant - she shouldn't ignore all the signs, by any means. But, she should be calling an OB and scheduling an appointment to confirm pregnancy/no pregnancy. This is the only smart choice.

Yeah definitely bloating but that evens out in the golden period I refer to as the second trimester. First tri with me was hard because I suffered froma lot of morning sickness, which btw can last all day or night. Another side effect that I had was a runny nose. this is due to fact that all parts of you are swelling. Another strange symptom, I didn't get it till my third, was recurring charlie horses in my legs at night while I slept.Progesterone also, is an interesting little hormone that will at times make you clumsy and VERY forgetful-fuzzy even. But eventually it's all very worth it,and no matter how hard it gets, soon you'll have a pretty little sonogram to keep you strong:-)

First of all bloating feeling, your breasts are extra tender (nipples get darker,it's amazing), Tiredness, I was very extra tired. I didn't pee a whole lot, thank God, but I did have some morning sickness, but I never vomited, Whew!. Oh and you have a little appetite, but mine wasn't as severe as I thought.

i guess i had the regular symptoms...major morning sickness. but i had this thing where my temples throbbed soooo badly that it affected my jaw (my wisdom teeth are still around...so it hurt) and my throat was swollen. i felt like my head was going to explode! doctor told me tylenol was the only painkiller i can take. but after the first trimester, everything was all good!
