corporations should not have precedence over running their company's labour rights because corps will always favour themselves it was the formation of labour unions that brought change and the creation of the labour movement there needs to be a balance to achieve the best solutions

Corporate. Labor doen't have "rights" except as legislated. Labor doesn't generate wealth.

They do now and you see lowering wages, decreased environmental safeguards and shut downs and lay offs. Works great, don't it?
