I feel painful cramps and a general feeling of discomfort and swelling. There isn't a whole lot of blood usually until you've had a lot of babies. If you usually need to change tampons/pads every couple of hours you might want to go see a doctor. They can give you medication to lighten the pain and bleeding since it really shouldn't disrupt your life too much. If a little ibuprofen doesn't fix it, a little hormones will.

Everyone is different. For me I have pain the first day really bad. By the 2nd day I have no pain but very heavy bleeding. The rest of the days are very easy to deal with, no pain and not too much blood.

you are a sicko, you have already asked questions on yahoo answers about people (mainly young girls) being raped, about someone being your nude model and now about how much pain & blood from periods, please go check yourself in the mental hospital and do yourself and society a favor and get the right help you need!!!
