It fits the same diescripition a what the doc said then. I couldn't see it though. I was in China and I woke up with a 3/4 in welt on my penis at the base. The next day it was 2/3 of the way around my penis. My testes started to swell and I had pain in what felt like some tubes coming up the V joint were the legs meet the body I went to 3 chinese doctors and they seem to think it was an allergic reaction to some thing I ate. They gave me some medicine and it. The swelling went down and the pain in the tubes went away but the welt is still there and still 2/3 of the way around my penis. It is still some what painful. The doctor that took the one off my butt cut it open and then cotterized the vessels. The location of this one makes that sound like a bad Idea. I am also still in 3rd world countries and will be for a while. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? Has anyone heard of any thing like this as a food allergy? This one kind of scares me

infection of the virus that causes mumps probably, pls get it treated asap coz its on your important part. doctors in china are good as they have both western and chinese medicine knowledge, its only that they lack the high-tech machines. you can request for a more experienced doctor, but looking at china population, to be able to graduate from the medical university should be something amazing.
