yes it sucks especially back an hour i (until recently) work 3rd shift the last 20 years and it always bites me in the a** with an extra hour at the job.

I love it, because it means the seasons have finally changed, after months of greyness it is lovely to see some blue skys, then after a few months of blue skys I look forward to snuggling up in the warmth again.

yes.... it's not that hard of an adjustment when I gain an hour, but it's really hard to lose an hour.
