try this:
mix a spoon of almond oil, olive oil, corse grained salt, honey n milk, a few drops of rose essence oil
the almond oil will moisturize n nourish ur hand.
salt will act like a soft scrub, wiv olive oil avoiding too much friction to further damamge ur skin
honey, milk n rose will soften, nourish, n giv a nice glow 2 ur skin
take the mixture in ur hands n apply to palm, bak of hands, fingers, fingertips, around nails esp at cuticles area,n also the wrists
massage n scrub lightly wiv finger tips alternately...
for best effect...tho nt so practical...u can apply at nite n leav on during the whole nite...of course, do wear soft COTTON hand gloves!!
rinse off...apply mosturiser...or vaseline...or hand cream/lotion (som1 told me that dove hand cream is vry gud! y nt use it!!)
get urself a manicure
protect ur hands:
- do wear sunscreen in sun on ur hands
- n also...never 4get to moisturise ur hand...or apply ur hand
cream wen u r in an aircon room!!
- wear gloves wen doing dihes or using detergenst n other chemicals, howeva mild they r!!
try it...n c z assured results!!

Hand cream definitely helps but choose the non-oily type. Dover or Nivea is good.
Use it twice a day, every morning and before going to bed.
And if you do dishes, wear hand gloves, that helps alot.

Go get a manicure. This will not only keep your nails in shape but also make your hands softer. You can also get a paraffin dip.
Good luck.
