I've seen my sister do this a 1,000 times to make her eyes POP! Get a very dark brown eye shadow by MAC and their special eyeliner brush. Moisten the tip of the eyeliner brush then dip it into the dark brown eye shadow. Next, apply this only to the lower lids and the outer corners of the upper lids. Lastly, take a white eyeliner pencil and line the remaining center of the top lids.

The thicker dusting of the lower and outer lids with the upper, center white highlights creates an illusion which widens the eye. This is the same shading and highlighting technique that artist use to make an apple painting look so juicy!

Also, my sister would only apply 2-3 coats of mascara to her top lashes and leave the bottom bare. Your mom will be happy about this too.

Mom's can be a bit strange sometime. Prohibiting you from using black eyeliner is her funky way of saying, "I love you and I don't want anything bad to happen to you and I think that black eyeliner may increase the chance that something or someone will do you harm...so no black eyeliner for you!" Be thankful that you have a Mom who loves you and that brown is not so far off a color. :-)

Go with the brown, it looks better. Also try brow-ish black shades like Espresso, with a hint of shimmer. Don't line the lower lashes, it can close up the eyes making them look smaller. Don't line your upper all the way to the nose. Leave a bit unlined, then smudge it a little in, don't leave a hard line. Then you could, if you wanted, use white on the bottom lash line, that would make them look more open.
Try plum, raisin, and gray for eye shadow, darker at the lash and lightening as you go towards the eyebrow. Use three colors, not two, to get a more subtle effect. Match the darkest color for eyeliner for a less noticeable line of eye liner.
Black or dark gray mascara, not brown. If your mom doesn't want you wearing any black, look for brow/blacks.

Go to a makeup counter at a department store and get a free makeover, and tell them that you aren't allowed black. Then go buy the same colors in less expensive brands at your normal store.

try some brown eyeshadow on the your bottom eyelash on the contour of your eyes. You know it goes your top lash then your lower lash but on the skin part put maybe a brown or charcoal or dark gray "remember these are not black just in the family of colors .plus you might want to just play with different colors to find the right one. there are so many colors to choose from .i think white might be kind of extreme you might want to try a pale colors that are close to white. Good luck ! and have Fun doing it.

Using white eyeliner is a trick most celbrities use to look more awake and bright eyed.

Taking a sweep of white liner on the inner edges of the eyes is a claim to faim for make-up artist Kevyn Aucoin...along with smokey eye--which is best for night time looks.

Do what makes you feel beautiful! Neither color liner is a bad choice

I dont get it why your mom would stop you from using black eyeliner? You have chinita eyes, and the best way to make them look bigger is to apply BLACK eyeliner at your lower lid.

Put white eyeliner on the bottom, inside rim of your lids. And use a dark brown on the outside of your bottom lid.

White will make your eyes look bigger. You could line the inner corners and/or rim with white and then use brown on the outer corners/under the rim.

I'd say brown, because it's closest to black, and I just think white wouldn't be effective.
